Meet Thomas Sewerin
Thomas Sewerin has worked with teaching and consulting in the field of leadership, teams and organisational development for 45 years. He has experience from most areas of business both internationally and in Scandinavia, from the university world and public organisations like hospitals and local government.
Main fields of interest now are the leadership challenges of management teams and the learned and tender relationship of supervision and coaching in the scientific community. He is presently completing his PhD studies at the Department of Psychology in the University of Lund, Sweden.
Thomas Sewerin has written several books in Swedish on creativity, team development and coaching. He has also published a book in English, Teams, Leadership and Coaching, on the Malmö-based publishing company Tertulia books.
